What if the problem isn’t the advice?

We live in a world where the goal is to get better as fast as possible.

But sometimes quick fixes aren’t possible.

Sometimes even medium-length fixes don’t seem possible.

When you don’t see the improvements you’d hoped for, it’s easy to become vulnerable to doubt, comparison and other people’s opinions.

Friends and loved ones genuinely want to help. And in our information-rich world, most of us have read health articles, listened to podcasts or found something that seemed to work for us.

It’s natural to think:

“If it helped them, perhaps it could help me too.”

Sometimes it can.
