A simple, private space to begin making sense of your results — and find what actually helps

Why did I create this community?
Over time, I noticed something.
The people who made the most progress
weren’t left to figure things out on their own.
They had somewhere to ask questions,
to stay encouraged,
and to see what was helping others along the way.
Because information on its own isn’t always enough.
Sometimes we need a little support to begin –
and to keep going.
This community is a place where that can happen.
If you feel ready, you’re very welcome to join
🌿 How to join the community
This private community is hosted on Skool (a simple, free platform)
👉 Click the link above
If asked, create a free Skool login (email + password)
You may be asked to add:
- a photo (anything is fine)
- a short bio (you can just write “hello”)
👉 Then go back to the link and click Join
👉 That’s it — you’ll be inside.
If it doesn’t work first time, it’s usually just the order —
log in first, then click the link again.
If you get stuck, just message me and I’ll help.
What’s the value for you?
What you’ll begin to experience inside the community:
• recognise your body’s feedback patterns
• understand what your results might be showing you
• see what helps – and what to try next
So instead of guessing, you can begin to see what’s actually working –
and get more out of things you’ve already tried
Not by following a strict routine –
but by learning what works for your body.
A space you can use in your own way
Everyone uses the community a little differently.
Some people prefer to read quietly –
noticing what resonates
and learning from others’ experiences.
Some like to ask questions
as things come up for them along the way.
And some enjoy making new friends
to share the journey with
and check in from time to time.
All of these are completely welcome here.
Is it private?
Yes – it’s a private community.
Only members can see what’s shared inside.
You choose what you share, and when.
Do I have to take part?
No.
You’re very welcome to simply read and explore quietly.
There’s no pressure to post or respond.
You can take this at your own pace.
Why a community?
Often, it’s not just information that makes the difference.
It’s seeing how things work in real life.
Hearing what helped someone else notice a shift.
Or having somewhere to ask,
“does this make sense… or is it just me?”
That’s where things often start to become clearer.
If you feel ready, you’re very welcome to join

Not quite ready?
That’s completely okay.
You can follow along with my monthly behind-the-scenes self-care updates,
where I share what I’m noticing, what’s helping,
and how I’m adjusting along the way.
