If you’re new to Make Selfcare Simple, welcome. I’m really glad you found your way here.
It would be so much easier if someone could simply tell us exactly what to do to make being healthy feel easy. For some people, following someone else’s exact strategy is the easy step.
But if you’re here, you may have a body (like mine) that simply doesn’t respond to general recommendations in the same way.
This is why I created Make Selfcare Simple. Through my years as a natural health practitioner, I saw again and again that learning to listen to guidance from your own body is often not only how better results finally come, but how life itself can begin to change in unexpected ways.
I also realised that following self-care alone at home can feel lonely and isolating — and for many of us, that’s when it becomes easy to give up.
So I decided to create a space that offers something a little different.
A Quiet Self-Care Community (Free & Private)
This is a private, cosy community — away from social media noise, distraction, and pressure.
A place where you can still follow your own guidance and create your own personalised menu of self-care, but alongside others who are following their own individual journey.
Sometimes the path feels easier when you don’t feel alone, or like you’re the only one seeking a different approach.
For many of us, the hardest part isn’t knowing what to try — it’s staying with the process when uncertainty, doubt, or everyday life gets in the way.
This space exists as a room to return to.
A place for quiet support, perspective, and reassurance while you explore what works for your body. You don’t need to have the answers, and you don’t need to be “doing it right.” You’re welcome to be here as you figure it out.
If you prefer to DIY, there are plenty of free resources here on the blog. But if you’d like to explore alongside others, you’re very welcome to join the community.
What this community offers
This free community is a private, supportive space where you can:

- or simply read and stay connected
There’s no pressure to post, no expectation to keep up, and no right way to take part. Life is messy — this is a space you can dip in and out of whenever you need to.
