Our goal is to help you create your own personalised MENU of different self-care practices that get you results.
When you live with chronic health your early signs of results might look like a better vitality, improvements in mood and body function, better quality of life.
Your self-care menu is supposed to look different from mine, because selfcare is based on providing what your individual body needs.
It is normal to need a combination of different self-care practices, to provide all-round whole-person support! Embracing self-care as a way of life can be a rewarding journey.
The ‘Challenge’ format
Many of the self care practices are presented in a ‘gentle challenge’ format to encourage you to try them out instead of just reading them! The aim is to perform the self care practice yourself so you gain valuable feedback from personal experience.
Before and after each challenge you complete a symptom assessment to log feedback from your body – so you know what is working!
