A self-care practice is all about supporting your body to build better health levels (rather than only managing disease) and that can mean increased vitality for things like repair and renewal, slowing aging and a better overall quality of life.

The Self-Care Challenges

Mini-Challenges are naturally fun and motivating (which is half the battle), but that is not the only reason I chose this format for self-care.

The short duration of each challenge allows you to easily explore a new self-care practice but is also just long enough to see if it makes enough difference to continue after the challenge.

Simple Step-by-Step System

There are literally hundreds of self-care practices (healthy changes) you can follow and this vast choice, while exciting, can feel confusing so in the Toolkit I share three different approaches (for different situations) to make choosing which self-care challenge easy. 

It can feel frustrating to not experience positive results after investing time and effort into making healthy changes. So in the Toolkit I share my simple step-by-step system that helps you quickly and easily avoid common mistakes that are hindering your results.

Not only that, I have some extra bonus support based on 20 years experience as a therapist that allows you to understand the body you were born with from the perspective of a therapist.

What Results can I Expect?

Jane’s results with the Toolkit

Jane has similar IBS symptoms and medications to her friend Lisa, but had struggled to see the same results until she signed up for the Toolkit to learn how to use the challenges to support her IBS.

She discovered how to find the three specific self-care practices that provided what her body needed before it could respond to the medication. As Jane patiently continued to follow her self-care practice she was able to gradually reduce her medication (while Lisa had to increase hers)

Betty was told by the Dr that she needed to make some healthy changes before her next round of tests or she would have to start blood pressure medications. Betty’s heart sank – she really wanted to be healthier, she just found it difficult to maintain!
